Where Are They Now: Alison Rosa (Barbano)

Meet Alison Rosa (Barbano), a proud Oneida City School District alumna from the Class of 2009!
Alison has many fond memories from her time at OCSD, but two that stand out most are learning to tap dance for the spring musical and sharing laughs while gossiping in French during AP French class.
After graduating from Oneida High School, Alison attended Syracuse University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Management and Psychology.
Since graduation, Alison has been fortunate to experience many exciting adventures, including living, working, and studying overseas with her husband. Most recently, she has embraced one of her most meaningful roles yet — becoming a full-time foster and adoptive parent.
To future graduates, Alison offers this advice: "The most important thing to focus on is not what you do or what you earn, but building lasting and meaningful relationships."
We are proud to celebrate Alison and all she has accomplished since her time at OCSD!
