A: To create an Arbiter Account you will first need an email account.Email is for verification purposes and communication.  Click on the link for Arbiter and follow the on screen instructions. If you are having trouble, call the student registration office at 315-361-6072 and we will walk you through the process.

A: A parent can gain access to Arbiterby going anyplace with internet access. Parents can go to their public library, go to the closest school building, visit or call the Student Registration office at 315-361-6072.

A: Address changes and transportation requests must be submitted through the Arbiter Registration Portal, available on the district website under Transportation.

Please select the request type that best matches your needs:

• Address Updates – Enter your new address and upload proof of residency. Address changes cannot be processed by phone.
• Special or Emergency Transportation Requests – Provide the details of your transportation request.
• Transportation Opt-Out – Select this option if transportation is not needed.
• Parochial School Transportation – Complete the required information for St. Patrick’s Elementary or Holy Cross Academy.

Please allow up to three (3) business days for the Transportation Department to review and process your request. You will be contacted once updates have been completed.

If you do not receive a response within three business days, please contact the Transportation Department at 315-363-5470.

Phone number and email updates may still be reported directly to your child’s school.

A: Go to the login screen on Arbiter, type in your email address, and below where it asks for the password, is a link that says forgot my password. An email will be sent to you where you can reset your password.
