Applicants to the Lockheed Martin Vocational Scholarship Program must:
- Be a U.S. Citizen.
- Be a high school senior OR high school graduate (or GED equivalent).
- Have not earned a bachelor’s degree prior to the 2024-25 academic year.
- Be currently enrolled or planning to enroll full-time or part-time (minimum of 6 credit hours) by the Fall 2024 semester at one of the following types of accredited institutions: vocational technical school, trade school, two-year.

The Hagan Scholarship

The Hagan Scholarship is a nationwide need-based merit scholarship, providing recipients with the opportunity to achieve their goals and graduate college debt-free. Applicants must graduate from a high school located in the United States. Applicant’s Adjusted Gross Household Income reported for 2022 Federal Income Tax Purposes must not have exceeded $100,000. Free workshops, Free Schwab Brokerage Accounts, and Free Study Abroad provide recipients with a practical understanding of important life skills not typically covered in the school curriculum. Recipients graduating college while in the Hagan Scholarship Program can apply for a Hagan Graduate Scholarship good for up to four additional consecutive semesters. |

Sponsored by the CNY Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association (AWMA). Graduating high school seniors and current college students may be eligible for scholarship grants of up to $1,500.
Eligibility Criteria:
• High School graduates entering college in 2024 or current college
students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate level programs.
• Applicants must be enrolled in an environmentally related degree program.
• Applicants do not have to be AWMA members or a relative of a
member.
• Applicants must be enrolled as a full-time student (12 credit-hours or more) for the Fall 2024 semester.
• Applicants must be residents of or going to college in the Central New York region.

Eligibility is open to all AmeriCU Credit Union members in good standing (excluding employees, Directors,Committe Members, Volunteers and their immediate families).
