Flex Spending

The flex plan year is October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. Deductions will automatically be pre-taxed. 

  • The limit for the flex medical account has been increased to $3,200.00
  • The limit for the dependent care (if filing married) remains at $5,000
  • The limit for the dependent care (if filing single) remains at $2,500

What is a 403(b) Plan?

A 403(b) plan, also known as a tax-sheltered annuity (TSA) plan, is a retirement savings plan that allows you to defer some of your salary into an individual account. You must have an established account prior to submitting the Salary Reduction Agreement Form.
