Welcome to Oneida City School District
Student Registration!
To register a student, they must meet the age, residency, and public health requirements as outlined by New York State Law.
Students currently enrolled in the Oneida City School District Pre-Kindergarten program do not need to re-register for kindergarten. They will automatically be enrolled for kindergarten in the upcoming school year.
If you are unsure about your housing situation or are living at a temporary address, you can still register under the McKinney-Vento Act.
Under the McKinney-Vento Act, the term "homeless children and youth" means individuals who lack a fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence.
We welcome students who are considered homeless, in accordance with federal and state regulations.
