Each student was tasked with creating a mini food truck replica, brainstorming a unique business name, creating a commercial, and designing a menu that complemented their culinary offerings. To culminate the project, students prepared dishes to share with their classmates and toured each other's "food trucks," fostering a collaborative learning environment and allowing them to apply their language skills in a practical context.
