Second-Grade Scientists
In a captivating science lesson, second-grade students at Seneca Street Elementary delved into the fascinating world of water and its power to shape our environment. As part of their experiment, they vigorously shook a jar filled with rocks and water 1,000 times.
Through this hands-on activity, they observed how the rocks not only became smaller but also developed a smoother texture. This experiment effectively demonstrated the process of erosion!
