Photographs and video/audio recordings of students in connection with school activities such as classroom instruction, assemblies or student recognition that students are involved in, as well as work created by students, may from time to time be used or published in a variety of media for educational, promotional, exhibit or other display purposes consistent with the purposes and mission of the Oneida City School District. This media includes, but is not limited to, district and building newsletters, school calendars, district-supported websites, newspapers, television and radio broadcasts.

Parents that do not want the district to photograph, video/audiotape, or display work created by their children should submit a letter to their building principal indicating that the district does not have permission to photograph, video/audiotape or display work created by their child.
